Today is an exciting day at Hull and East Yorkshire Mind as we launch our brand-new mental health awareness T shirt campaign!
For this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week, we want you to join with us to send the message that it’s ok to talk about mental health. Being more open about it means that people are more likely to seek help if they are struggling.
It’s vitally important that talking about mental health becomes the norm. We’re all happy to chat about the everyday things like movies, sport and our mates, but what about mental health?
Help us to break the stigma by buying one of our campaign t-shirts and you’ll be helping to spread the word while raising money for Hull and East Yorkshire Mind at the same time as every T shirt purchased includes a donation to Hull and East Yorkshire Mind. Let’s wear them with pride and end the stigma surrounding mental health.”
The campaign is being launched today so that people can buy the T shirts in time to wear them during Mental Health Awareness Week (14th – 20th May)
The simple, but powerful t shirts can be purchased via the campaign’s online shop with a portion of the profits going directly to the charity itself. https://heymind.teemill.co.uk/
