This October, to coincide with World Mental Health Day, we are once again challenging Hull and East Yorkshire to improve their mental wellbeing with the #5W2WChallenge.
The #5W2WChallenge is simple: complete something from each of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing during the month of October. The five ways to wellbeing are:
- Be Active
- Take Notice
- Keep Learning
This year’s theme is workplace wellbeing – when we are mentally healthy we are more likely to fulfil our potential, function well, cope with and enjoy work and to make healthy choices about our lives. Why not get your workplace to sign up to our challenge.
