At times we can all feel overwhelmed with our problems and feel alone. Sometimes it’s reassuring to hear that there are other people who are going through similar difficulties in life.


Stress Management

We know that more serious mental health problems can be avoided if people get the help they need much earlier and this is why we put together our Stress Management Courses.


Short Courses

We have an ongoing programme of mental health specialist courses to enable you to gain new coping skills and self-help techniques.



#BlokesUnited is for blokes and is run by blokes, it offers support and assistance in a relaxed and casual atmosphere with a healthy sprinkling of humour and banter included.



The purpose of #MindfulMEN is to offer an easy and safe environment to listen and, if you wish, to talk.
