Do you need help managing stress or anxiety? Then Hull and East Yorkshire Mind has a course designed for you.
Our stress management courses last 4 weeks and are designed to give you tools, techniques and coping strategies to help when feeling stressed or anxious.
Sessions are free to attend as they are funded by the NHS. We run these courses across Hull and the East Riding at different times, so they are accessible for everyone.
The course is delivered by one of our specialist workers to help provide tips and techniques for overcoming stress, as well as other related issues like anxiety and depression. Each of the four sessions are conducted within a relaxed and supportive atmosphere and we encourage you to bring along a friend or family member to support you in attending the group.
The course content caters to a variety of learning styles, including informative techniques to help manage negative thoughts and practical relaxation and breathing strategies to better manage your stress.
