Wellington House is the head office of Hull and East Yorkshire Mind and also has other business tenants. There are several meeting rooms available from a small space for one to one appointments to a room suitable for up to 30 people.

The building is open during evenings and weekends and community groups and other charities are encouraged to utilise the space offered.
