The Team Race for non-club runners is sponsored by William’s Farm Kitchen of Hornsea and has become even more popular, enabling us to present £500 to the winning team, who can donate their winnings to the charity of their choice. Last year’s winner – Densholme Farm team recorded a finishing time of 64 minutes and 40 seconds (1 minute better than last year). We look forward to challenges from more teams in 2016!

We are delighted to announce that HPS Estate Agents in Hornsea are helping us for the second year to run the Inter-Club competition. For 2016, the running clubs who enter more than twenty registered runners, individual running times added up and the total time divided by the numbers of runners starting the race from the Club. Three categories of prizes will be given out ~ £500 for the winner and 2 runners up of £300 and £200. We would hope that the winners will donate their prize to a Charity but they are able to retain the money for Club funds if they so wish. Last year’s winning Club was City of Hull AC with a finishing inter-club time of 61 mins and 58 seconds.
There will be caterers on site with usual cold drinks, tea, coffee and pre/post hot and cold snacks.The will be a Barbecue on the barn entrance as well.
There will be an ample space for car parking on-site (follow directions on arrival)
Please note that, because we are using STS chip timing and video recording of the finish, we have had to increase the entry cost to £12 for a Club runner and £15 for non-Club runners.
