At times we can all feel overwhelmed with our problems and feel alone. Sometimes it’s reassuring to hear that there are other people who are going through similar difficulties in life.
Want to feel better and take charge of your mental health? Ways 2 Wellbeing is here to help. Our friendly, six-week program gives you simple tools to improve your mental health, meet others who understand, and find support in a relaxed setting.
Each week, you’ll set personal goals, learn skills for things like managing anxiety and building confidence, and enjoy a chat over a cup of tea.
