Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or low? Join our free, welcoming art-based support group designed to boost your mental health through creativity, self-expression, and connection.

Our brand-new Creative Wellbeing Group is an 8-week programme that uses hands-on art activities to support emotional wellbeing in a relaxed, friendly setting.

Each week, you’ll take part in a 2-hour session where you can explore your feelings, learn simple ways to manage stress, and connect with others who understand what you’re going through.

Led by local artist Anthony, the sessions use painting, collage, and other creative techniques to help you express emotions, build confidence, and find calm.
