Thursday the 2nd February sees this year’s Time to Talk Day, when we want to get the whole nation talking about their mental health. We will be involved in events in a variety of places across the day, so we hope you can pop along!

St Stephen’s Shopping Centre: Look out for us in the Chill Out zone on the first floor where you can pop by and have coffee and a chat with our lovely volunteers and staff.

The new Cooperative store on Lincoln Way in Beverley: We’re thrilled to be working with this new store on their launch day and helping to raise awareness of mental health at the same time. We’ll be there between 10am and 12.00pm.

Wellington House: We will be having a ‘Time to Talk’ drop in at our base on Beverley Rd between 1.00pm and 4.00pm. This is open to anyone who would like to have a chat with our staff who can offer support and advice regarding mental health.
