Ever wanted to volunteer at Hull and East Yorkshire Mind?

There are many benefits to giving your time to volunteer for a mental health charity. Research has shown that volunteering improves your own mental and physical health, reduces anxiety and depression, and gives volunteers a sense of purpose.

Volunteering for Hull & East Yorkshire Mind means joining part of a team, meeting new people and learning lots about mental health. There are many different ways you can get involved from admin and reception roles, roles supporting mental health groups and providing one to one support to people who are having difficulties with their mental health.

If you would like to get involved with our volunteering and fundraising team, or find out any information about volunteer vacancies, please email [email protected]

You can see a list of our roles available here
