In the face of increasing pressure on public sector services, local charities and volunteer groups are more essential than ever. This event, part of the NHS Community Champions initiative, brings together the Humber and North Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership and various local organisations dedicated to fostering a healthier community.
On 6th September at St. Stephens Shopping Centre, Hull and East Yorkshire Mind will be joining Neighbourhood Network, Macmillan Cancer Support, Hull 4 Heroes, Hull Women’s Aid, Humber, Hull and District Diabetes Support Group, and many more. Discover the wide range of support these groups offer to help you and your loved ones lead healthier, happier lives.
