Josh Carter will be taking on the challenge of a triathlon, in memory of his beloved Aunt Lesley.

The triathlons includes: 1.5Km Swim – 40Km Bike – 10Km Run.

Josh said,   “My life was changed 2 years ago when a close family member
took her own life after battling with mental health issues.  Lesley was such a
joy to be around, such a breath of fresh air and left a big hole in the hearts
of her family and friends.  I would like to help raise money and try to help
raise awareness of mental health and get the correct support for the people who
are battling with this illness.”
