We have an ongoing program of mental health specialist courses to enable you to gain new coping skills and self-help techniques.

Our short courses include Food and Mood, Vocational Support, Stress Control techniques, physical activity, sport and mental health, sleep workshops, mindfulness and equality and diversity. Each course is stand alone and designed to help develop coping skills and techniques.
