We are looking for dedicated and ambitious individuals to join our Board of Trustees at Hull and East Yorkshire Mind.

This comes at a pivotal moment as we launch our new three-year strategy aimed at enhancing mental health support in our local community.

As a Trustee, you will play a crucial role in setting our strategic direction, ensuring effective use of resources, and maximising our impact. This leadership role requires a commitment to embodying our values and ethos in all activities.

We are particularly interested in candidates with skills and experience in the following areas:

  • Finance, including financial reporting
  • Digital marketing
  • Income generation
  • Housing and property acquisition/management
  • Lived experience of mental health challenges

We believe that a diverse board is essential for effective leadership. Diversity brings dynamic discussions, fosters active debate, and leads to the best decisions. Therefore, we encourage applications from people with lived experience of mental health challenges and from all ethnic, socio-economic, religious, and personal backgrounds.

Whether you are an experienced trustee or new to governance, if you share our values and have the relevant skills, we welcome your application.
