Hull and East Yorkshire Mind is proud to provide innovative ways to help you manage your mental health. We have worked closely with Dr Chris Williams to develop a user-friendly, evidence based treatment for depression, anxiety and stress.

CBT helps you to identify thoughts and behaviours that may have become unhelpful and helps you to develop strategies to overcome these. With structured support from your wellbeing worker you can engage with a plethora of video and audio clips that will enable you to become your own therapist.

The software has been developed for easy usage on your tablet or smart phone so you can access support at your own convenience. Don’t worry if you are a complete technophobe or you do not have a computer, we have volunteer mentors at hand to guide you through the experience.
