Hull & East Yorkshire Mind was founded in 1976 and has 40 years experience in providing mental health services to people in Hull and East Yorkshire.
At Hull and East Yorkshire Mind we believe it’s important to understand what good mental health care looks like.
Our Board of Trustees are a group of unpaid volunteers who act as directors of the company, allowing us to strive towards greater heights.
Our team here at Mind consists of brilliant, committed individuals dedicated to making a difference to those in need.
Volunteering is a great way to meet new people, gain practical experience for studies and employment and to give something back to the community.
Like all charitable companies, Hull and East Yorkshire Mind is governed by a group of unpaid volunteers who act as both trustees of the charity and directors of the company. We call them our Board of Trustees.
Young people can experience a range of mental health problems. Childhood and teenage years are a time when you are usually changing rapidly and developing all the time.
Mental illness affects 1 in 4 people in England. We are there to help!
