Organisational Structure

Like all charitable companies, Hull and East Yorkshire Mind is governed by a group of unpaid volunteers who act as both trustees of the charity and directors of the company. We call them our Board of Trustees.

The Board has two key priorities.  Firstly to make sure that we are acting within our charitable objectives and secondly to ensure we have a clear strategy for how we will be sustainable in the future.

Our current Board of Trustees is made up of 11 people who come from a variety of backgrounds and bring a wide range of skills and experience to their work.  For more details of our individual trustees click here.

The Board of Trustees delegate the day to day running of Hull and East Yorkshire Mind to the Chief Executive and the operational team.  The operational team is currently made up of staff and volunteers who collectively manage and deliver all of the charity’s work.
